Unlimited free edits are available at this stage.⟡ For the lineart, You are entitled to three minor revisions at this stage. Examples include small adjustments to an expression, tweaking a line, or a minor change in an accessory. Major changes (ex: a complete pose change) will require going back to the sketch phase and may incur an additional fee.⟡ For the colors you are entitled to three minor revisions at this stage. Examples include adjusting a color palette, changing eye/hair color, or tweaking small markings. Artist Errors: If I have missed or overlooked a detail that was clearly stated in your initial references (a scar, a specific piece of jewelry), the correction will not count towards your revision limit and will be fixed free of charge at any stage.⟡ The estimated time for completion is approximately two months from the date of payment.⟡ This is an estimate and may be subject to change based on the complexity of the piece, my current queue, or unforeseen circumstances. I will maintain open communication if any significant delays are expected.⟡ I reserve the right to post the artwork in my online portfolios and on social media. (If the client wishes for the piece to remain private, this can be discussed).⟡ You may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only.⟡ You may not claim the artwork as your own, trace it, or edit it without my permission.⟡ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork to train any AI, machine-learning models, or for any purpose related to AI image generation.⟡ The artwork may not be used for any hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal purposes.⟡ No refunds will be issued after the final artwork has been delivered.⟡ If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued.For adopts:⟡ All adoptable sales are final.⟡ Resell, Trade, or Gift: You may resell the design.⟡ You are free to make any changes to the design, such as changing colors, markings, gender, or species. The character is yours to develop as you wish.⟡ Prohibited Use: You may NOT use the design, the character, or the original artwork in any way that promotes or is associated with hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or illegal activities.⟡ You may not use the original artwork file I provide for AI training, machine learning, or any blockchain/NFT-related things.⟡ A payment plan is available for purchases totaling over $100 USD.⟡ You will receive the full-resolution, unwatermarked files only after the final payment has been made.⟡ If you fail to complete the payment plan by the agreed-upon date, you will forfeit your down payment and the adoptable will be put back up for sale.
